Meeting Anna[]
Richie was at an arts fundraiser when Nora Radford introduced him to Anna Delvey, who was trying to start the Anna Delvey Foundation. Anna said she would love to have Richie on her team. Richie then connected Anna to Gabriel Calatrava, an architect.[1]
Touring 281 Park[]
Richie went along with Anna, Gabriel Calatrava, Richard Lavin, and Jaffe to tour 281 Park. Inside, Anna showed them around and shared her vision for the space. After the tour, they estimated that Anna would need $40 million to fund it.[2]
