Kelly was in a staff meeting at 12 George when Jeannot Thomas asked what the concierges had planned for their VIPs. Kelly started to speak timidly, but Neff interrupted and shared all the things she'd scheduled. Neff told Jeannot Kelly was leaving money on the table because she was scared of the guests.
Neff later told Anna she'd quit.
