Donna is the bailiff who worked in the courtroom during Anna's trial.

Donna worked in the courthouse during Anna Delvey's fraud trial. On the first day of the trial, she came in to tell Judge Kiesel that Anna wasn't dressed for court. She was refusing to put on the clothes the court provided for her.[1]
