When Anna came to Kacy's building insisting on speaking to her, Bobby called upstairs to tell Kacy she was there. When Kacy said she was unavailable, Anna insisted, so Bobby called up again to tell Kacy, who came downstairs to get her.
When Anna returned on another day, Bobby called and told Kacy that Anna was there again, but Kacy did to come down to see her.
